I've shot A-5's in 12& 20 gauges since I was a teen in the 1970s & still own several, also have a 10 gauge autoloader and an early model A-bolt 12 gauge. I have a Grand European O/U rifle in .270 and a BAR in .338 but I really enjoy hunting & shooting w/ BLRs. My 2 favorites are my .308 synthetic camo stocked (SHOT Show) model for most deer hunting & my rebarrelled BLR in .375 Ruger for bigger African game. No more bolt action rifles for me.
