Hi.. new to this forum, but not to guns. I have a question that has always puzzled me. John Browning is the father of the 1911, but the company that bears his name doesn't make a 1911, except for the scaled down .380, and maybe a .22. With everyone in the world making 1911's, it seems like it would be a perfect gun for Browning to make as well.
