So I bought these forearms of eBay as backups. Do you guys know if the American Brownings had a different forearm? The one has considerably deeper finger grooves. It also has a plastic washer/spacer glued in it. The other one must be a later production forearm because it doesn’t have the gradual taper at the end.
I compared the pictures in this old auction to some guns in my case. I can’t see a difference in the forearms. https://www.gunauction.com/buy/14993661
Justin, I checked the forearm of my American Browning and my Remington M11 and they don’t ressemble your forearm. I am thinking of Savage 720 or Numrich use to offer bulky checkered forearm.
