The troy hulls that I received from Tampa shooters seem to be a good quality. I decided to load a few to see how they loaded. I must say I am pleased with them and would order these again. The troy hulls have a little less volume than the federal hulls. These are loaded with 410 powder, Fed 209, mg wad and 7/16 oz of #9. I will of course run these over the chrono and pattern. If they look promising, I will send out to be tested.
