I have what I think is a Superposed, but the serial number doesn't seem to match the Browning list (not for the Citori either)....I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. It's a 20 ga. made in Belgium with the serial number 33209 V4. I believe the V signifies the 20 gauge, but the number 4 should be a 2-number code signifying the year. Any assistance would be much appreciated.
Some pictures would help. There is a gentleman on here that has a vast knowledge on superposed, he checks in from time to time. Give him a bit, I’m sure he will know.
Looks like 1964. According to this: https://www.nramuseum.org/media/940941/serialization-date of manufacture.pdf two digit year codes didn’t start until 1969.
