I've looked at the usual list of places, but can't find anything specific about gunsmithing Browning o/u shotguns. I have AGI videos for a few of the guns I own (that need them) but nothing much on the Brownings seems to be available. Any help?

Multiple hundreds of views and no help. I'm guess that's a "no" then?

Only just noticed this. Think the Browning ”Field Service Manual” is about as good as it gets with specifics but it’s only 16 pages and very general. Think you can download a free PDF from Midwest.
There is a very 0ld ring binder publication around put out by “Brownells” in the 50”s for gunsmiths that covers details and specifications etc on lot of older pieces like 1148”s and Ithaca 37 vintage stuff. That worth looking into but will take serious hunting down.
Video wise never seen anything other than DIY Youtube stuff and you really have to negate the minefield there and tread carefully to determine what is Fact and Fiction as not everything posted or undertaken is good practices or gospel by a long shot.

Yep “The enclyopedia of modern firearms” by R Brownells vol 1 published 1959
Technical was Wayne Fleming and artwork James Meek.
Loose leaf A4 binder style gunsmiths reference manual.
Good luck tracking one down it will take some serious looking.
I don’t have one personally but have seen and know of it’s existence.

found it, kind of pricey though. 200 bucks on Ebay. Another on Amazon but more expensive and looks little different. This one is signed by Mr. Brownell.

Good on you finding and quick too. That’s pretty steep price but wouldn’t be too many copies left in existence .
You don’t realise how lucky you are over there to be able to put your hands on things like this. I love the older books and material like this as it’s still all useful if your into tinkering.
