Just mounted a Leupold Backcountry 20 MOA rail. I torqued all the screws to 22 inch pounds per Leupold's instructions. Now all 4 back screws go into the body of the rail, but all 4 front screws sit higher. Is this legit? Also, all 8 screws that came in the package were the same length.
