Really? Well that's neat! I did see another purple tinted 20 gauge barrel on gunbroker tonight but your info is really interesting. Pull tabs on stocks were a very rare option, back when FN allowed factory workers to drink on the job. LOL
Yep, been awhile. Not sure where these folks go after time. I had actually started to email some members that haven't been around in several years, but not sure they even get the emails. I know one that I did receive had some strong words about prior mod's. One of them posted in this thread. I assured him he was gone and not coming back, and that things were different, but once you have a bad taste it's usually for good. On a positive note, I have approved lots of new members, bunch from Texas, (thanks Auzzie), but they just don't post things much. Maybe someone will read this and tell me why?
For a long time, guys came here, got their questions answered, and left. Now most questions can be answered just by looking through the stickies. So, not much activity, but I believe that this is the best site for one shop Auto-5 information. And it’s finally gotten some long term members.
I agree, maybe all those stickies are a bad thing, too bad there isn't another Browning shotgun that has a strong following.
