1925 or 1926 Grade II 16 gauge

    I wouldn’t say so, although it seems likely. The wording in SV is ambiguous. It says those are random numbers, but it’s unclear if he’s talking about the serial or production numbers.

    I would write the authors and try to get an unambiguous reply about your shotgun. You may even get an answer. Anthony Vanderlinden replied to me when I emailed him about this very special Auto-5:

    Kinda doubt it only because my grade 2 also fell in that time serial space. I don’t think I bought 2 of 10. I don’t play any lottery stuff. Maybe I should?
