If it is a model that doesn't have a barrel band, the swivel screw may be too long and is contacting the barrel. That can really affect the accuracy!

I have shot 5 groups with the Sierra 200 RN that averaged 1.25". I'm completely satisfied with that for my hunting use.
But they are lovely in other ways than being good looking. :-)
