Hi, Paul Bradley out of North Carolina. Brand new. Members to the forum. I recently purchased my first over under a 1987? Browning Citori hunter 12 gauge 3 1/2”. From what I have read it should be an Invector (standard) choke. However I purchased some Carlson extended chokes for (Invector, browning, Winchester) and the choke threads do not insert far enough to reach the threaded part of the barrels. I have taken some pictures of the choke that came in the barrels next to the Carlson choke....
Everything says the pre-Type-I stuff is unobtanium, but "visually" there aren't a lot of differences in Types without a close examination.
