Well today the AFP (Aust Fed Police) "whistleblower" story is getting more airtime and traction in the media including social.
Seems confirmed now without a doubt our Government has offered up and crucified law abiding gun owners and citizens as the easy hit excuse and "escape button"
All to smokescreen its own intelligence loop failure and staffing levels issues and hide known terrorist activity that were highlighted 2 years prior to the Bondi attack.
Appears Government is trying it's best now to "Gag" what's being leaked but people are not as gullable and easily fooled as 8 months ago.
This is red hot material being leaked and kicked around that will hopefully assist all in future repealing of bad firearms legislation.

So in the latest round of "Demons Down Under" Premier of NSW "Minn the Moron" is busy trying to get laws rushed through where Police can stop and force you to unlock your mobile phone (cell) and peruse material and history.
Allegedly to identify and fight against terrorism activities.
However in the huge push back at present from Lawful Firearm owners against the Minns administration and police structures you would have to be stupid to think this won't be weaponized against those who oppose and question the Government decisions or actions under free speech.

Hopefully Ho Chi "Minn" and his team are punted in March 2027 .

Police tactics of trying to make firearms laws and legislation instead of just enforcing is meeting scrutiny and comments with repeated highlighting of system loopholes and security failures.
Police are in the spotlight constantly now media and Opposition Politicians wise.
Police Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners are being questioned way more on their actions and inactions for public record and don't like it one bit.
Trust in Police has dived and now they are in "over reach" mode using any means at their disposal to reel in the situation.
Lot of the secrets contained in new firearms laws being pushed and amending allows and opens door for Police to search vehicles on suspicion when carrying or transporting firearms and manipulate a series of questions to force a non refusal search situation. Anything they find at all can be used against you as evidence not to be a "fit and proper person" to be in control of a firearm.

That could be as simple as seeing medication or a pill bottle in the console during a search and suddenly the situation is your alleged using an anti depressant or got early dementia or Parkinson's and firearms are removed from you instantly on suspicion under firearms act and up to the individual to prove otherwise.
Using new knife laws is another trick moment. They do vehicle stop under guiso of firearms , do questions, force a search, find a box cutter on the floor or in tool box then you have to prove why you have the knife on board in public. However any drummed up alleged knife offence stops you from having a firearms licence because your not a "fit and proper person". They are around home and take your guns.
See how this is all being used ,exploited and easily manipulated by Police to pry guns off the public.

Auzzie, Can't imagine living like that. Your gov. would not allow me within a 100 miles of the coastline. Both of my grandkids just completed Hunter Safety courses this summer and are shooting on Junior Air rifle Teams with the American Legion /Veterans Organization/ over here. Both of them are also shooting on archery teams with the 4H club up where they live. Next thing you know they will be going after archery equipment and boomerangs. Ranger, Hope everything works out the way you want.

Well some interesting news from the Island State of Tasmania. (Bottom of Down Under)
Their State Parliament has overturned the motion vote for new firearms caps to align with the Federal push. Things to remain as they were.
Now that's another State that has said no to the Federal reform.
It appears the gun debate will be taken all the way to the next three elections Nov 26 Mar 27 and finally Federal as a major issue and isn't disappearing any time soon.
Gun owners as it appears will get their retribution at the ballot box and have way more bearing on things political than first given credit for by any of the standing administrations.

If the democrats regain power, they plan to pass Australian style restrictions and pack the Supreme Court to keep them enforceable. For that reason, those who would protect their rights should never vote democrat. Not even for someone who agrees with you on 100% of the issues. Because regardless of his personal views, that D by his name empowers the Leftists in charge of the party.

From 1996 National buyback and licencing here Down Under things have progressively got worse little by little with creep and promises broken for the poor old gun owner or recreational shooter.
Had more people and industry myself included recognised the signs over past 30 years and taken a real interest and stance in proceedings..... creating fighting groups and avenues we may not be the position we are now for the fight of our lives against political oppression from all angles to keep enjoying what we do pulling the trigger.
