Hi Just got this superposed and need some help with year of production etc Superposed 12 ga 28 " barrels supposed to be skeet & skeet chokes ? serial # 9569* date of production? 2/3/4 in chambers Hope its not one of the salt wood models. I was able to remove for-end from receiver but can't remove wood from barrels ? trying to get photos of markings on barrels to help you gentleman identify chokes etc here is some photos thanks in advance for help on this manitou
Manitou, Both barrels are marked 'skeet' (**$). Your shotgun is earlier than the saltwood era. The cross-bolt (screw) that passes through the forestock has to be ***carefully*** removed to get that piece free. I almost forgot...Your serial number is from 1961. Nice Superposed! Best, Don
