Hi All, New to the forum from Australia with a question. I have a B25 B2 D grade 29 1/2" barrels 5/8' rib S74 s/n 29380 with six Briely chokes and engraved by W Marechal. somewhere I read that Browning's are not suitable for steel shot, or is that only for early models Thanks Bruce
I have read that Browning only approves steel for Miroku made barrels. But forum members from overseas, with no other choice, have reported no damage so long as they didn’t choke tighter than modified. Improved steel shot wads have made their claims credible. But if I had a nice shotgun like yours, I wouldn’t risk it unless there was no alternative.
