I contacted Stoner CNC to see if they can do anything in rubber. If not, I may spray some rubber on the G10s.
I have the G 10 grips on my 380 and they are extremely ruff and sharp. I have G10 grips on other of my 1911's and they feel very pleasant compared to the 380. I read you could take sandpaper and lightly and knock the edge off. I am replacing my G10 with Walnut Diamond grips with the Browning logo. Now I understand how my grand daughter feels when she buys new clothes for her favorite doll. Playing dress up is fun even if it is with your current favorite carry piece.
I got my new grips yesterday , I made a mistake they were not walnut but we're rosewood. There are a perfect fit and a very easy install , I am considering painting the Browning logo just to make it stand out more. I am going to try carrying this gun in a holstered undershirt , I have both 5.11 and UnderTech. They are just about the same thing with the shape of the carry pocket being the difference and the UnderTech, has a strap that holds the gun tight. This type of tactical shirt really can be an answer to a lot of holster issues , they have a holster pocket under each arm and will accommodate most size carry guns.
