I received these parts today and I thought I I’ll challenge you. Which model do you think they are from?

Shucks, I’m just messing with you. I mean if you have the receiver to those parts I couldn’t say no

I’d take any of your Auto 5’s if I am right

    It’s a 1958 or later Light Twelve.

Looks like a 3 shot forearm too

    Definitely an aluminum trigger guard

    I’m guessing 1961.

Oh too bad, I don’t have the receiver.

I didn’t notice the aluminum trigger plate until just now. But without going into SV, I think the early Superlights still had steel receivers. The trigger plate was the only aluminum part. So if you put that on a Light Twelve, it’ll be a Superlight.

You guys are very good. Super allégé 1961, 3 shot forearm, yes an aluminum trigger housing. Amazingly no cracked stock. I am going to use the trigger group for the conversion of one of my magnum into a straight grip. Here are two pics of a 1965 catalogue describing the Super light model.

That’s pretty neat that they made those in a straight stock.

You’re right Rudolph, they came with a steel receiver. I turn down a complete nice 1961 super light last week. May be it was a mistake.

If you come across another one of those triggers let me know. Would like to have one with cross bolt and straight stock
